RATES

$170 AUD per couple, per night
$20 AUD per extra person
$10 AUD linen charge per person, per stay
A minimum fee of $170 per night applies;
* A minimum fee of $250 per night applies all school and public holidays.

Infants

Cot available - linen charge only
High chair available - free

TERMS & CONDITONS

PAYMENT

A deposit of $200 AUD is required to confirm your booking.
Credit card can be taken over the phone using Eftpos.
The balance to be paid 21 days prior to occupancy.

2 PM - Negotiable Off Season

10 AM - Negotiable Off Season

MINIMUM STAY

Minimum stay is three (3) nights; a $30AUD surcharge applies for a two (2) night booking.
A minimum stay of four (4) nights over Easter applies.

BREAKAGES

Guests are liable for the replacement cost of any breakages which should be reported to the caretakers at time of checkout on 08 8559 2244.

CAMPFIRES

Campfires - prohibited in summer.

MOTORBIKES/MINIBIKES

Not allowed.
Only guests arriving by motorbike and then to be used on access roads only.

CHILDREN

Children should be under adult supervision at all times, especially in the vicinity of the dams.

LITTER & RUBBISH

All litter should be disposed of in the recycle bins provided. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly.

CLEANLINESS

Lathami Lodge should be left as you found it, neat, tidy.
Please ensure that all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are returned clean to the cupboards where you found them.
Leave Oven, Hot Plates, Microwave and BBQ clean as you found them.
Linen is not to be washed.
(If excess cleaning is required, you will be billed at $30AUD per hour).

FLOORS

We appreciate every effort to keep floors and coverings as clean as possible - shoes off outside.

ANIMALS

Respect for all wildlife is expected.
Remember the animals look cute and cuddly, but they are wild, and unpredictable.
Observe from a distance. You can feed those that come up to the deck.
Don't go too near the Glossy Black Cockatoos.
Keep absolutely quiet near their nesting boxes.
Don't make any loud or sudden noises in their vicinity.
Green footprint in Lathami grounds and Lathami Conservation Park.
Pets are not permitted.
Party poppers not permitted - respect the wildlife.

LOST PROPERTY

It is the guests' responsibility to remove all personal belongings and food when they leave.
The landlords accept no responsibility for items left behind.

8 BALL TABLE, TV, DVD, CD PLAYER, GAMES, BOOKS, ETC.

Should be treated with the utmost care and should be replaced as found when finished with. Young children should not be allowed access to the TV, and CD Player without adult supervision.

CANCELLATION POLICY

While we understand unexpected things can happen cancellation fees will apply.
Cancellations received more than 28 days before the scheduled booking will incur a 5% fee of total price.
Cancellations between 28 days and 14 days will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellations between 14 and 7 days will incur a 50% fee.
Cancellations within 7 days will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
No correspondence will be entered in to.

SECURITY BONDS

The landlords reserve the right to request a Security Bond prior to commencement of the tenancy period.

The landlords/caretakers of Lathami Lodge reserve the right to expel without refund any guests for violation of the above Terms and Conditions. No correspondence will be entered into.
