Rates

• $150 AUD per night per couple - conditions apply
• $20 AUD per extra person
• $10 AUD linen charge per person, per stay
• (A minimum fee of $150 per night applies)

Infants

• Cot available - linen charge only

Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT OF RENT

When your booking is confirmed, a deposit of 200AUD is required immediately, the balance to be paid thirty (30) days prior to occupancy. The landlords reserve the right to cancel the booking, retain any monies paid and re-let the property if the full cost of the stay is not received by the due date.

CHECK-IN

Guests should check in by 2pm in peak season; time is negotiable off-peak.

CHECK-OUT

Guests should vacate the premises by 10am in peak season; time is negotiable off-peak.

MINIMUM STAY

Minimum stay is three (3) nights; a $30AUD surcharge applies for a two (2) night booking.

BREAKAGES

Guests are liable for the replacement or replacement cost of any breakages which should be reported to the caretakers at time of checkout on 08 8559 2244.

CAMPFIRES

Campfires - strictly prohibited.

MOTORBIKES/MINIBIKES

Definitely not allowed. Only guests arriving by motorbike and then to be used on access roads only.

CHILDREN

Children should be under adult supervision at all times, especially in the vicinity of the dams.

LITTER & RUBBISH

All litter should be disposed of in the green bins provided. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly, not on the decking or in the grounds. 'Party Poppers' are not permitted outside the house.

CLEANLINESS

Lathami Lodge should be left as you found it, within reason. A vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket are in the laundry for your use. Linen is NOT to be washed. Please ensure that all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are returned clean to the cupboards where you found them. If excess cleaning is required, you will be billed at 20AUD per hour.

FLOORS

We appreciate every effort to keep floors and coverings as clean as possible - shoes off outside.

ANIMALS

In the interests of the conservation of local fauna, absolutely no pets are permitted.

LOST PROPERTY

It is the guests' responsibility to remove all personal belongings and food when they leave. The landlords accept no responsibility for items left behind.

8 BALL TABLE, TV, DVD, CD PLAYER, GAMES, BOOKS, ETC.

Should be treated with the utmost care and should be replaced as found when finished with. Young children should not be allowed access to the TV, and CD Player without adult supervision.

CANCELLATIONS

In the event of a guest cancelling a booking, the deposit, less a booking fee of 50AUD, can only be refunded if the property is re-booked for the full period.

SECURITY BONDS

The landlords reserve the right to request a Security Bond prior to commencement of the tenancy period.

The landlords/caretakers of Lathami Lodge reserve the right to expel without refund any guests for violation of the above Terms and Conditions. No correspondence will be entered into.
